Hospitality Rising Meets… Tom Kerridge

Initially inspired to be a chef by Marco Pierre White’s ‘White Heat’ cookbook, Tom Kerridge is now one of the best known and best loved faces in British cooking. He made history with his gastropub The Hand & Flowers being the first pub to hold two Michelin stars and
was named UK Restaurant of the Year in 2012.

Further successful ventures have followed with Tom also going on to be an engaging and popular presence on our TV screens.
